Creative Dimensions DJ Workshop launched in 2021 empowering 1000's of youth in the Phoenix AZ area to "Be Mega", utilizing DJ culture and comic book art as collaborate tools resulting in positive social interactions and personal growth !! Community partners include Creative Dimensions workshops at Boys & Girls Club of The Valley, Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, Free Arts of AZ , PlayWorks : Youth Leadership Conference 2023 G Road at Emerson School #1, Empower College Prep, and featured on Fox 10 AZ/ AM News as part COX Innovations Lab Launch at Boys & Girls Club Harry & Sandy Rosenzweig Branch in Phoenix AZ. Workshop will cover the following topics: - History of DJ culture and forms of media such as turntables, tape decks, CD players - How to set up equipment to properly operate gear - Intro to DJ software, Organizing a playlist - Intro to mixer functions. beat matching; volume, EQing, - Tips about ways DJ / Audio skills can be used creatively to enhance life skills and gain insight to music careers -Upon completion students will receive a Creative Dimensions certificate of participation Group rate starts @ $300 per hour session (10 students max) Book a single session or DJ workshop series Creative Dimensions Workshop is great for after school programs or a really fun recess option.
